He was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Education: Degree in Business Administration Technological University of Santiago (UTESA).

He completed a master’s degree in Tax Accounting at the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD). As a complementary education he studied various diplomas such as: Technical English, Practical Accounting Workshop, Tax Update, Bank Accounting, Withholding and Settlement of Income Taxes.

In the beginning, he worked at Banco de Reservas climbing different management positions. Later he moved to Rivera Ureña & Asociados, SRL, where he held the position of Advisor. then works as an advisor at Casf Consulting & Asociados and Manager at Farmland, SRL., now.
